We will display some of our cattle at the following shows this year:
- Illinois State Fair
- World Beef Expo
- NAILE in Louisville
- National Western Stock Show in Denver (January 2012)
Werner Angus Junior Appreciation Program
We at Werner Angus realize how important the juniors are to the Angus Breed so we created a program to reward them for their efforts.
Eligibility:
1. The animal(s) must be purchased from Werner Angus.
2. The junior must complete and submit a Werner Angus Junior Appreciation Program form. (CLICK HERE TO VIEW FORM or call 309-654-2697 to request a form.)
Eligible Shows:
Level I: National Junior Angus Show
Level II: Denver Junior Angus Show, Louisville Junior Show, Kansas City Junior Show, and Nationally Sanctioned Regional Heifer Junior Shows
Level III: State Fair Junior Show (To qualify for the State Fair Show award, the junior must win in the state of his or her residence or the state of his or her 4-H or FFA chapter.)
Level IV: State Junior Field Day & County Junior Shows (To qualify for the State Field Day award, the junior must win in the state of his or her residence. To qualify for the County Junior award, the junior must win at a county within his or her state of residence
Please note: There is a limit of one Level III/Level IV Cash award per Junior per year. The number of Level I and Level II Cash awards is unlimited.
